Richard Reiss
Mr. Reiss has been a member of the Glowpoint board since August 1991. Mr. Reiss was the founder of All Communications which, with View Tech, Inc. created Wire One Technologies in May 2000. Prior to forming ACC, Mr. Reiss was self-employed as an independent telecommunications consultant from February 1990 to July 1991. From 1987 to 1990, he served as Vice President of Sales of NyConn Information Services, Inc., an operator's services company. From 1984 through 1986, Mr. Reiss was Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of TeleDigital Corporation, a New Jersey-based interconnect company acquired by Standard Telecommunications Corporation in 1986. Standard Telecommunications Corporation was in turn acquired by JWP Information Services. During Mr. Reiss's leadership, TeleDigital was the largest distributor of Walker Telecommunications, a manufacturer and provider of electronic key telephone systems. From 1982 to 1984, Mr. Reiss was a founder and Executive Vice President of TeleSolutions, a New Jersey-based interconnect company.
Dean Hiltzik
Mr. Hiltzik has served on the Glowpoint board since May 2000. From September 1999 until May 2000, Mr. Hiltzik was a member of All Communications Corporation’s board of directors. Mr. Hiltzik, a certified public accountant, is a partner and director of the securities practice at Schneider & Associates LLP, which he joined in 1979. Schneider provides tax and consulting services to Glowpoint. Mr. Hiltzik received a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Hofstra University.
Peter Rust
Mr. Rust has more then 27 years of experience in the telecommunications and computer industries, most recently as CEO of Con Edison Communications, which was recently acquired by RCN. Mr. Rust holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Adelphi University, a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Polytechnic University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Psychology from Brown University in Rhode Island.
Aziz Ahmad
Mr. Ahmad has joined the Glowpoint board in June 2006. He is currently the President and CEO of UTC Associates, Inc., a leading systems and network integration company and developer of software for information technology and telecommunications applications. In addition, Aziz is the co-founder of Vonair Inc., a software provider of the video-enabled Softclient for the wireline and wireless markets. Previously, Aziz served as Director of Service Provider Solutions at Thrupoint, where he was responsible for developing and introducing a broad range of IT and Telecommunication solutions. Prior to joining Thrupoint, Aziz managed the network design and development efforts for AT&T Local Services (formerly Teleport Communication Group) in areas of multiservices broadband technology and packetized voice. Aziz has directed the AT&T Local Services team in the NGI (Next Generation Internet) Consortium, whose focus was created to research, develop, and demonstrate the next generation broadband access network based on IP and Multi-Wavelength optical technology. Aziz began his career at Bankers Trust Company working in network engineering roles. He holds B.E. and M.E. degrees in Electrical Engineering from The City College of New York (CUNY). During the past several years, he has served as an adjunct professor at City Technical College (CUNY), and more recently has taught graduate-level courses at Pace University in converging technologies.

Bami Bastani
Dr. Bami Bastani joined the Glowpoint board in February 2007. He serves on the audit committee, the compensation committee, and the nominating committee. Dr. Bastani is President and CEO of ANADIGICS (NASDAQ:ANAD), a leading supplier of semiconductor radio frequency integrated circuits for the broadband and wireless communications markets. Prior to joining ANADIGICS in 1998, he held senior positions with Fujitsu Microelectronics and National Semiconductor. Dr. Bastani earned his Ph.D and his M.S.E.E. in Microelectronics from Ohio State University and his B.S. (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Arkansas. He also holds three U.S. patents.
James S. Lusk
James S. Lusk joined the Glowpoint board in February 2007. He is chairman of the audit committee and serves on the compensation committee. Mr. Lusk is Executive Vice President of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE: ABM) and, effective December 31, 2007, will become ABM's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Business Services of Avaya (NYSE:AV), was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of BioScrip/MIM, was President of Lucent Technologies' Business Solutions division, and was interim Chief Financial Officer of Lucent Technologies. Mr. Lusk earned his B.S. (Economics), cum laude, from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his M.B.A. (Finance) from Seton Hall University.
