Billing Period:
The billing period for each invoice is 4 to 8 weeks.
Credits and Overpayments:

Delayed Charges:
Customers are responsible for all delayed charges from carriers that may show up on invoices to Glowpoint, Inc. after the current billing cycle
Current Activity:
Current Activity reflects the long distance usage for your video conferencing system during the current billing period. Any balance from previous billing cycles is not included.
Customer Service Agent:
Glowpoint acts as the customer service agent for GP Communications, LLC.
Moving or Closing a Location:
If you are moving or closing a location, please contact us at least 30 days in advance so we can facilitate the move or disconnect the service. This will ensure that you do not incur charges after the service has been terminated. All requests must be made in writing to customercare@glowpoint.com. Please call 1-866-456-9764 if someone does not contact you within 48 hours.
Adding a location:
If you want to add a location, please contact us via email at customercare@glowpoint.com or call 866-456-9764.
Unintentional Long Duration Calls:
Remember to disconnect all calls upon completion. Glowpoint, Inc. will not refund charges for long duration calls caused by user.
