Interactive Webcasting to Workers
Interactive webcasting is efficient, collaborative, cost-effective – and it may be the ideal solution for events that you’re currently considering.

Glowpoint’s Webcasting solution is much more than a traditional web conference. It allows you to use your existing video conferencing endpoints to capture an event - and to broadcast it to your employees.

Our service allows:

  1. The speaker to be shown live, with slides
  2. The audience to be polled
  3. Questions to be asked remotely
  4. Live- and post-event on-demand viewing
  5. Employees to watch from their desks, in conference rooms, in groups, and throughout your organization

Expensive travel is also eliminated, especially when large groups are involved. Consider this solution for corporate communication initiatives such as:
  • Global Town Hall Meetings
  • HR Benefit Communications
  • Continuing Education and Training Events
  • Product Launches
  • Webinars
  • Investor Relations

Call a Glowpoint representative today to take advantage of the power of interactive webcasting at (866) 456-9764 option 3, or by e-mailing us at contactme@glowpoint.com.

Doing Business - via Video - B2B
Glowpoint’s Telepresence interExchange Network (TEN) allows connected enterprises to easily communicate with other connected enterprises. TEN currently supports a global community that takes advantage of QoS video services for B2B communication. This includes other Glowpoint services available today such as our patented “000” video operator, E.164 telephone numbers, and conferencing services.

Glowpoint supports three popular options for B2B video connectivity:

  1. Connect directly to TEN: Glowpoint will install a direct video circuit to your video endpoint, complete with QoS and the highest level of security. Or, if you already have video running smoothly on your network, we’ll connect your network – and the video endpoints on it – directly to TEN.

  2. Connect to TEN through your ISDN: Glowpoint offers ISDN connectivity and Least Cost Routing for ISDN video calls. With many ISDN video systems still deployed in enterprises and public rooms, Glowpoint can help lower the ISDN calling charges with our Least Cost Routing support for international calls. Note: Even a small decrease in your ISDN usage rates can lower your bottom line.

  3. Connect to TEN through the Public Internet: Register with Glowpoint to get the latest video support services and to enable video communication via the internet. While this does not include the quality of service of our TEN offering, it's still another cost-effective approach to using video B2B.

Whatever method you choose, let Glowpoint get you off of your “island” and expand your B2B communication - exponentially - and increase your reach and revenue.
