James S. Lusk
Mr. Lusk joined the board of directors in February of 2007. He is chief financial officer of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE: ABM), a leading facility services contractor in the United States and Canada. He was formerly ABM's executive vice president. Prior to joining ABM, he was vice president of business services and chief operating officer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region for Avaya. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer and treasurer of BioScrip/MIM Corporation. Previously, he was the president of business services, acting chief financial officer, and corporate controller at Lucent Technologies, Mr. Lusk has a B.S. in economics (cum laude) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. in finance from Seton Hall University. He is a certified public accountant and was inducted into the AICPA Business and Industry Hall of Fame in 1999.

Grant Dawson
Mr. Dawson is Senior Investment Analyst, North American Fixed Income, for MFC Global Investment Management, with responsibility for credit assessment and recommendations related to MFC GIM's fixed income assets that are managed against industry benchmarks. He joined MFC Global Investment Management in 2008 and has worked in the investment industry since 1998. Previously, he was a lead analyst with a credit rating agency and has held various senior management positions in credit management and corporate finance with Nortel and in equity research with Dain Rauscher Ltd. Mr. Dawson earned an M.B.A. from the SMU Cox School of Business, a B.A. and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Ken Archer
Mr. Archer brings over 30 years of channel sales and management experience in the technology sector. Currently the Americas Vice President of Channels and Alliances for the Technology Services Business at Hewlett-Packard, Ken is responsible for successfully executing on one of HP's Technology Services critical tenets of the Go-To-Market strategy, leveraging the full capacity of multiple channels. He provides leadership and strategic direction, and also develops and executes channel strategies and programs. Previously, he was the chief executive officer of TriNET Systems, a global provider of design, implementation and support services for communication and networking solutions for Avaya, Extreme, Juniper, and Nectar Networks. Prior, he was vice president of North American Channels for Avaya, a $6 billion global leader in enterprise communications systems, where he was responsible for the sales channel strategy, program, operations, and partner management team. Before his time spent with Avaya, he had spent 24 years at Hewlett-Packard working in various roles within the channels program, producing and managing more than $9 billion in resale business. Ken has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from West Chester University; an Executive MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University; and an International Business Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson/Wroxton College UK.

Jon A. DeLuca
Mr. DeLuca was appointed to the board of directors as Chairman in December 2011. He served as President, CEO and a member of the board of directors of FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FTGX) from 2005 to 2009, as well as FiberNet's Senior Vice President for Finance and CFO from 1999 to 2004. FiberNet owned and operated metro optical networks, colocation facilities and data centers. They provided integrated communications services to domestic and global carriers, Internet companies and other network-intensive businesses. Mr. DeLuca led the sale of FiberNet to Zayo Group, a strategic buyer, in September 2009. Prior to FiberNet, Mr. DeLuca worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and Lazard Frères & Co. LLC.

Joseph Laezza
President and Chief Executive Officer
Joe joined Glowpoint in 2004 and has driven the company's transformation from its legacy business in the video conferencing industry into a leading global provider of managed services for telepresence and unified communications today. He initially joined the company as Vice President of Operations, was appointed COO in 2006, president in 2008, co-CEO and President in 2009, and now is President and CEO since July 2010.
With more than 17 years of experience in the telecommunications, video technology, and managed services industry, he is a business executive with broad experience in high-profile sales and strategic partnering, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, strategic marketing and product development, and customer / business operations.
Prior to joining Glowpoint, he served in executive and management positions at Con Edison Communications in New York City, AT&T (through acquisition of TCG) in NY/NJ and Denver, CO, and XO Communications in NY/NJ region.
