Job Title:NOC Support Representative

The NSR's role is primarily to monitor and react to alarms on Glowpoint's Network Monitoring System. This includes minor troubleshooting, opening trouble tickets with carriers, performing basic maintenance, and case queue management. The role also entails updating customer maintenance calendars, performing VNOC Room sweeps, and assisting NOC Technicians and Engineers in tasks and troubleshooting.
