Glowpoint Announces Move to the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB)
HILLSIDE, N.J. September 19, 2007 Glowpoint, Inc. (OTC:GLOW.OB), a premiere broadcast-quality, IP-based managed video service provider, announced today that its common stock is eligible for trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB), effective as of September 19, 2007. Glowpoints common stock was previously quoted on the Pink Sheets under the symbol, "GLOW.PK". Investors may continue trading the Companys common stock under its new ticker symbol, "GLOW.OB".
