Glowpoint Hosts ESPNs Sal Paolantonio over HD Video from the Glowpoint Booth on April 15 1-3 p.m. PDT at National Association of Broadcaster (NAB) Show in Las Vegas

HILLSIDE, N.J. April 14, 2008 Glowpoint, Inc.(OTC:GLOW.OB), a leading provider of broadcast-quality, IP-based managed video communications services today announced that renowned ESPN Analyst Sal Paolantonio will be interviewed over HD video from the Glowpoint Booth from 1-3 p.m. PDT April 15, taking questions from reporters and show attendees regarding the upcoming NFL draft and other sports-related questions.

Glowpoint provides IP-based broadcast solutions for leading sports broadcasters, sports leagues, cable stations and collegiate conferences. Glowpoints always-on, exclusive video network connectivity reduces transport costs by up to 80% as compared to traditional satellite feeds while providing real-time communications almost always delivered two-up in live broadcast applications. As they have done since 2003, Glowpoint will be enabling producers to deliver the teams perspective on their picks using its interactive broadcast service for the 2008 NFL and NBA drafts. Glowpoint also powers Team Cam for NFL Network, Campus Cam for the Mountain West Sports Network as well as for Big Ten Networks.

The live HD interview will be conducted and broadcast using Glowpoint's IP video broadcast technology and streamed directly to the web at www.glowpoint.com/tv using VBrick's VBoss platform. The event will demonstrate Glowpoints expanded suite of services targeting the Broadcast and Video Media space, which it debuted this week and is showcasing at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) show in Las Vegas.

Show attendees are invited to personally view and participate in this live HD interview with Mr. Paolantonio right from the Glowpoint booth #SU13510 on the floor at NAB. Other interested participants may click on www.glowpoint.com/tv to view this interview format. Glowpoint empowers the broadcast and management of live events over the Internet, broadcasting content live in HD to the web. The service, which will be generally available in June 2008, will enable a plug-and-play capability for embedded stream encoding services and full Quality of Service (QoS) from the content acquisition through to the reflector site at the Content Deliver Network (CDN).

Michael Brandofino, Glowpoints chief executive officer, commented, We felt the best way to highlight our capability was to show the power of our new service offering with a real-time demonstration in our booth. Sal graciously accepted our request to feature him and demonstrate the viability of our service while providing participants with an entertaining and enjoyable way to view these new capabilities.
