Peter Holst

President and Chief Executive Officer

Pete is Glowpoint's President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his current role, Pete joined the company as Senior Vice President of Business Development by way of the company's acquisition of privately held Affinity VideoNet ("Affinity") in October of 2012. As Glowpoint's Vice President of Business Development, Pete was initially responsible for the successful integration of Affinity and business development.

Prior to joining Glowpoint, Pete was the Chief Executive Office for Affinity where he was responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the company, including business development and partnerships. He also has a proven track record of driving sales growth in the communications industry. Pete has held a series of increasingly responsible senior management positions in sales and finance, including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Raindance Communications, where he guided its sale to West Corporation in 2006.

Pete holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Ottawa.

David Clark

Chief Financial Officer

David joined Glowpoint in March 2013 as Chief Financial Officer and leads the global financial operations and investor relations for the company, including financial planning and reporting, accounting, tax and treasury.

David comes to Glowpoint with more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Glowpoint, David spent over eight years with Allos Therapeutics, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, serving most recently as Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and acting CFO. While at Allos, David was responsible for oversight and management of all financial activities, including equity financings, strategic financial planning, and investor relations. Prior to Allos, David spent nearly four years with Seurat Company (formerly XOR Inc.), an e-commerce managed services company, serving most recently as CFO. David started his career and spent over seven years in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Clark is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Masters of Accountancy and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Denver.

Steven Peri

Executive Vice President
and General Counsel

Steve joined Glowpoint in September 2012 and is responsible for all legal and HR related functions, and is a key contributor to our corporate strategy and development initiatives as part of the senior executive council.

Steve comes to Glowpoint with a strong history in the videoconferencing and telepresence industry. He has served as General Counsel–Telepresence at Cisco where he oversaw the worldwide legal aspects of that business, including sales support, management of intellectual property, and all contract matters. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice PresidentGeneral Counsel at TANDBERG where he was a member of the senior management team, which led the company through rapid growth and change, culminating with Cisco acquiring the company in 2010. Prior to his time at Cisco and Tandberg, Peri held senior legal positions at two Fortune 500 companies and was a partner in a New York area law firm private practice where he represented a large number of privately held and foreign-based companies in their US legal affairs.

Steve holds a JD degree from the University of Pennsylvania law school and an AB in History, cum laude, from Princeton University.

Mary Friel

Senior Vice President, Channel Sales

Mary joined Glowpoint in 2008. As Senior Vice President of Channel Sales, Mary leads the team responsible for the growth and management of our strategic partners. She is also responsible for the development of new partner engagements including new vertical markets and innovative channel initiatives. Mary initially joined Glowpoint as Director of Business Development, focused on establishing a telepresence managed service practice for our strategic partnerships. Mary was instrumental in the growth of our managed service business and creation of our wholesale channel program contributing to the transformation from our legacy business to managed and cloud based services.

Prior to joining Glowpoint, Mary spent 15 years with MCI Communications now Verizon Business in various sales capacities and leadership roles. With more than 20 years of sales experience in the telecommunications, visual collaboration and managed service industry, Mary has broad experience at every level of sales engagement from SMB, global enterprise to strategic partner relationships.

Mary has a Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson and Wales University.

Darren Podrabsky

Vice President, Marketing

Darren brings nearly 20 years of marketing management experience at Hewlett Packard to the Glowpoint team. He has held a wide variety of positions in marketing, including product and channel management, product marketing, public and analyst relations, sales support, and marketing program management.

Prior to joining Glowpoint, Darren was the Worldwide Channels Marketing Manager for HP's Visual Collaboration products, where he was instrumental in launching the inaugural U.S. distributor and value added reseller program for those products. Prior to this, he served as the Worldwide Marketing Manager for the HP Halo Telepresence products, where he successfully launched multiple new telepresence endpoints and managed services while helping to secure several new Fortune 500 accounts. He also served as the Worldwide Category Manager for HP's Digital Projection and Imaging Business, where his team was able to increase sell through volumes by more than 50% year over year while signing multiple new public sector accounts.

Darren earned his Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University, and an M.B.A. from Portland State University.

Thomas P. Schroeder

Senior Vice President, Operations

As Glowpoint's Senior Vice President of Operations, Tom leads the vision and strategy for delivering world class customer service to Glowpoint's customers and partners. Tom is responsible for all operational aspects of Glowpoint's global cloud managed services, including service realization, network implementation, maintenance, service support and vendor relations.

Tom joined Glowpoint in 2005 as Director of Service Operations and was appointed to Vice President of Operations in 2008. Prior to joining Glowpoint, Tom spent over 10 years in Telecommunications delivering and supporting voice and data services. In 1999, Tom joined Con Edison Communications (now Sidera Networks) as one of the subsidiaries founding members, serving as Managing Director of Customer Operations, where he successfully built a service organization from inception focused on the delivery of data and voice services. Tom has also held management and technical positions at NEON Communications (now Sidera Networks), Nextlink Communication (now XO Communications), AT&T and Teleport Communications Group.

Tom earned a BSAE degree from West Virginia University.

Stephen K. Vobbe

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Stephen is Senior Vice President of Business Development for Glowpoint, and is also a member of the executive committee, which sets strategic direction for Glowpoint.

Stephen has more than 17 years experience leading international business development for technology companies. He has broad experience working in high-growth businesses including sales, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, solution development and strategic alliances.

Prior to joining Glowpoint, Stephen was the Director of the TelePresence Solutions team for Cisco. He joined Cisco through the TANDBERG acquisition where he was instrumental in driving TANDBERG's growth through key strategic alliances and leading TANDBERG's entrance into the Unified Communications market.

Stephen earned his B.A. in Economics from Otterbein College in Westerville, OH.

Terri Ford

Vice President, Sales

Terri joined Glowpoint in 2008. As Glowpoint's Vice President of Sales, Terri leads the company's sales force. Prior to her current role, Terri was the Vice President of Sales Operations where she was responsible for planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and support of recruitment and selection of sales force talent. Terri initially joined the Company as Engagement Manager for our largest VNOC managed services client and went on to become Senior Director of Account and Program Management where she directed a team of professionals responsible for providing all post-sale account support to Glowpoint's direct customers, and service management and channel support to our channel partners/clients.

Prior to joining Glowpoint, Terri was Vice President, Sales for RCN Metro (now Sidera Networks). With 25 years of business experience, Terri has a proven track record of success with experience in Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Field Support, Business Operations and Sales Management. She held executive positions at MCI, Con Edison Communications and RCN Metro.

Terri has a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Lehigh University.

Nicole Pullis

Corporate Controller

Nicole joined Glowpoint in 2011 as Corporate Controller and is responsible for all Accounting and Finance functions, including the ownership of controls for all relevant regulations associated with GAAP, FASB and the SEC, as applicable.

Nicole comes to Glowpoint with more than 8 years of business experience including financial analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley and audit-related work. Prior to joining, she was with Avaya for four years, supporting the audit functions and the finance products group where she led responsibilities for financial analysts located in the APAC and US regions. In addition, as manager for the SOX program, she was in charge of staff auditors and compliance associated with controls and testing. Prior to Avaya, Nicole began her career in Public Accounting at Ernst & Young and spent some time in Internal Audit at Phillips Van Heusen.

Nicole earned her Master's in Professional Accounting and her Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Seton Hall University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey.
