Glowpoint has produced tens of thousands of multi-point conferences since our inception and supports millions of global conferencing minutes every month. These managed conference calls are digitally monitored to be certain the participants have the best experience possible. Requestors can choose to have a Glowpoint technician actively monitor the call at all times to be available for assistance or in case any issues arise. Glowpoint will launch the video calls a few minutes prior to the conference start time to be certain all endpoints are connected and functioning properly.

Reserving a Glowpoint managed video conference is simple and can be done in a moment’s notice. The forms below enable you to reserve a conference for video systems or rooms that have been certified by Glowpoint. If you have not yet certified a room for an upcoming conferencing, please fill out the Certify a video system/room first. There is no charge to certify a room.

Once you receive a certification confirmation, you can then reserve that room for a conference at any time.
