Glowpoint audio conferencing provides a wide range of teleconferencing services to meet your audio needs. These services can be seamlessly integrated into your video conferences so that callers without access to video can still participate in all of your meetings.

Glowpoint’s Large Conferencing Services works regardless of the video system you or your participants are using. With Glowpoint's intelligent network, colleagues, customers, and partners can all participate in a conference if they are using the Glowpoint network, or even an old ISDN video technology or telephone.

Attended
Prior to entering the conference, callers are greeted by an operator and are placed into the call.

Unattended
Callers dial into a reserved audio conference and input a conference-specific access code to join.

Audio Conferencing On Demand
Callers can initiate an audio conference at any time without making a reservation.

Operator Dial-out
Glowpoint operators will dial out to audio participants and connect them into the conference.
