Important Billing Information
Customer Service Agent:
Glowpoint acts as the customer service agent for GP Communications, LLC.
Current Activity:
Current Activity reflects the long distance usage for your video conferencing system during the current billing period. It does not include any carry-over balance from previous billing cycles.
Credits and Overpayments:
If you have a credit balance on your account, please contact us at 866-456-9764 for instructions.
Billing Period:
The billing period for each invoice is 4 to 6 weeks.

If your billing address has changed, please notify us via email at billing@glowpoint.com or write to:

Conferencing Services:
To schedule a bridging call, please dial 800-786-8029 or send an email to bridging@glowpoint.com.
Line Charges-Access Fees:
Your local carrier assesses the long distance carrier a monthly fee for long distance access. This charge is then passed to the customer and will be assessed to each ISDN channel on your account.
Test Video Number:
Test your videoconferencing system by dialing 312-528-4739 to watch an audio enabled video clip. Normal line charges will apply.
Delayed Charges:
Customers are responsible for all delayed charges from carriers that may show up on invoices to GP Communications after the current billing cycle.
Long Distance Usage:
GP Communications is your long distance provider for your video conferencing system. You should not receive long distance charges from your local carrier or any other long distance provider. If you are being charged by another provider, please contact Glowpoint customer service for assistance.
If a call is launched using a "pic" code (e.g. dialing 1010-xxx prior to the video number) these charges will not be billed through GP Communications; they will appear on your local carrier invoice.
Moving or Closing a Location:
If you are moving or closing a location, please contact us at least 30 days in advance so that we can facilitate the move or disconnect the lines. This will ensure that you do not incur charges after the lines have been terminated. All requests must be made in writing to customercare@glowpoint.com
Canceling a Location:
If you need to cancel a location, the request must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance. Please include your account number, ISDN numbers, and the reason for cancellation. Notice must be made in writing to customercare@glowpoint.com. You will receive an invoice for usage and charges up to the confirmed disconnect date.
Adding a location:
If you want to add a location, please contact us via email at customercare@glowpoint.com or call 866-456-9764.
Accidental Long Duration Calls:
Remember to disconnect all calls upon completion. GP Communications will not refund charges for accidental long duration calls.
Doing Business As (DBA):
In Texas, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, GP Communications, LLC is doing business as GP Telecom.
